Q4. Can I send a Tech Pack or reference sample for quotation?
A. Yes. Please provide your Tech Pack, size chart, reference images or sample details, along with estimated quantities and target requirements. We will review feasibility and clarify any missing specifications before preparing a quotation or sampling plan.
Q5. Can Fineactive customize logos, fabrics and packaging?
A. Yes. Depending on the product, we can develop custom fabrics, Pantone colors, silicone grip patterns, embroidery, heat transfers, labels, hangtags and packaging. We assess each requirement against fabric compatibility, production feasibility and quality expectations.
Q6. How do you protect confidential designs?
A. We treat submitted Tech Packs, patterns, branding files and development details as confidential project information. Non-disclosure agreements can be arranged, and the use or disclosure of customer-owned designs is governed by the agreed project terms.
