Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per style per color for custom equestrian apparel, with sizes distributed within that approved style and color according to an agreed breakdown. This applies to riding breeches, tights, show shirts, jackets and other eligible garments. We do not normally combine different styles or colors to meet one MOQ. For a new brand, we can discuss a focused first collection, fabric choices and size planning to manage inventory exposure. Send us your target products, colors and estimated quantities so we can assess the project accurately.
Standard sample development usually takes 7–15 working days after the essential design, fabric and technical requirements are confirmed; bulk production generally takes 25–35 working days after pre-production approval and the necessary order and material conditions are met. These are planning estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Complex silicone grip patterns, custom fabrics, additional sample rounds or testing can extend the schedule. We confirm a project timeline after reviewing your tech pack, quantity and requested delivery window. Shipping transit time is separate from the manufacturing period and depends on the destination and transport method.
Yes. Fineactive supports OEM, ODM and private label equestrian clothing projects based on your own authorized designs, tech packs, reference samples, measurement charts or clearly defined product concepts. We can help develop patterns, fit samples, fabric specifications, silicone grip placements, approved logos, labels and packaging. For riding breeches and show apparel, we pay particular attention to rider movement, seam placement and functional fit. Development scope and sample revisions are agreed before production. We respect customer design ownership and do not offer unauthorized copies of another brand’s protected products.
We can source suitable stretch nylon and polyester blends, interlock knits, brushed fabrics, breathable mesh, fleece, softshell and selected recycled materials for different equestrian apparel categories. Riding-specific development may include full-seat or knee-grip silicone printing, flexible seams, supportive waistbands, functional pockets and weather-resistant outerwear details. Fabric selection depends on riding activity, season, target price and performance priorities. Claims such as UV protection, waterproofing, abrasion resistance or recycled content should be supported by appropriate material documentation or testing. We recommend reviewing swatches and approved samples before committing to bulk production.
We prepare project quotations after reviewing your garment specifications, estimated quantity, fabrics, branding details, packaging and delivery requirements, because these factors affect the manufacturing cost. Payment arrangements may include T/T or L/C where approved, but the deposit, balance schedule, currency and any credit terms must be confirmed in the written quotation or contract. Sample development fees and third-party testing costs, if applicable, should also be clarified before work begins. Please share your tech pack or reference images and intended order breakdown to receive a quotation based on your actual requirements.
Yes. Fineactive can coordinate private label details such as authorized logo printing or embroidery, woven labels, care labels, hangtags, size stickers, barcodes and retail packaging for eligible equestrian apparel orders. We can also discuss carton marking, SKU organization and international shipping arrangements based on your destination and order size. Packaging artwork, labeling requirements and shipping terms must be approved before production. Any DDP arrangement depends on the destination and agreed quotation rather than being universally available. Share your brand guidelines and target market so we can check feasibility and compliance needs.
Whether you are developing riding breeches, competition apparel, performance base layers or a complete seasonal collection, Fineactive can review your product requirements and help plan the next stage of development.
Share your Tech Pack, reference images, fabric preferences, size specifications, branding requirements and estimated order quantities with our team.
We review your project based on the intended product, manufacturing requirements and agreed commercial terms, then discuss suitable development and production steps with you.
